As a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Signature Hotels Pakistan Islamabad, you will be responsible for providing expert investment advice and guidance to clients. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, assess their investment needs, and recommend suitable investment options and strategies. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for the company.


  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and assess clients’ investment needs to develop personalized investment strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive investment advice and recommendations to clients, considering factors such as asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, economic trends, and investment opportunities to offer timely and accurate advice to clients.
  • Execute trades and investment transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, analysing performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize investment returns.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, research analysts, and customer service representatives, to deliver excellent customer experience and address client queries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, investment recommendations, and transactions.
  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and industry practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or any other relevant discipline
  • Proven experience as an Investment Advisor or a similar role in the Real-estate.
  • Strong knowledge of High-Rise Commercial real estate projects
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed investment recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively explain investment concepts.
  • Results-oriented mind-set with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients efficiently.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and financial analysis software.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, if required, to accommodate client schedules.
